The much loved feature of the iPhone 14 is MagSafe. A magnetic ring, embedded inside the phone that allows you to easily connect and disconnect accessories like wallets and chargers.
So here's the big question: Does the Samsung Galaxy S23 have anything like MagSafe?
Short answer? No.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 (and S23 Plus and Ultra) were announced on Feb 1 and will be released Feb 17. Quick side note: we answered this question specifically about MagSafe on the Galaxy S22 a while ago.
At Carved we love using magsafe accessories with our iPhones (and our wood Traveler cases have a magnet embedded inside them which increases the hold strength for all your accessories.
So when we started designing our Galaxy S23 Ultra and S23 Plus cases, we had to make sure we could integrate MagSafe compatible magnets into the case.
We designed our injection molds to allow for a thin magnet to be placed into the case and hidden behind the wood/resin inlay. We also understand that not every Galaxy owner might want a magnet included in their case, so we made it optional. Unfortunately we weren't able to get this ring embedded into the base Galaxy S23 cases, just the Plus and Ultra.
So if you want to use MagSafe accessories with your S23 Plus or S23 Ultra, now you can! Just make sure to check the Add-Ons box when choosing your one of a kind case.
