When will my order ship?
We are currently shipping orders in 1-4 days (excluding Live Edge cases & Pre-orders). All of our items are made to order and the production times (the time it takes us to make the item) can be found on each product page. A majority of our items are made within 1-3 business days, but double check the product page for accurate and up to date production times.
Live Edge cases: the case that you see on our website is a digital mockup made for your device type. After you order, the Live Edge design is pulled from our website for our production team to make perfectly for your device type. This process typically takes around a week, but please check out the current production time on the product page.
When will my order arrive?
While it can depend on the product, we make our items in our shop in Elkhart, quickly. Check out the product page for exact production times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our one of a kind handmade works of art worldwide.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free in the USA on orders $30 and over.
What is your return policy?
We do our best to ensure that each item is high-quality and a product that we can stand behind, but we understand that sometimes it doesn't work out. If your product arrives defective or we sent you the wrong item, we will provide a full credit or refund.
Each of our items are unique and made just for you, if you decide you don't like it, we can offer a full store credit or a payment refund (minus a 10% fee). Please contact us within 30 days of the order delivery date. Read the full refund policy.
