Each piece starts as a slab of solid walnut or maple, carved into real 3D terrain: mountain ridges, canyon walls, and coastlines. Mt. Ka'ala is cut from real elevation data of the O'ahu landscape around its namesake peak, and the night sky of Cosmos Peaks is poured with glow-in-the-dark resin. An artist mixes and pours every sky and shoreline by hand, so the color on your piece lands exactly once and never repeats.
Every piece measures 16" x 10" x 2" and hangs from an included aluminum French cleat, in portrait or landscape. Designed and made in Elkhart, Indiana.
