All orders ship from Elkhart, Indiana. Shipping is free in the USA on orders $30 and over.
We’re currently shipping orders in 1–4 days (excluding Live Edge cases & pre-orders).
All of our items are made to order and the production times can be found on each product page. Most items are made within 1–3 business days, but double-check the product page for the most accurate and up-to-date production times.
Returns
We do our best to ensure that each item is high-quality and something we can stand behind, but we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If your product arrives defective or we sent you the wrong item, we’ll provide a full credit or refund.

This is, I think, my 6th case I've ordered from you. Obviously I love your product. Usually. This one -- for my new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra -- I was expecting your case to include a ridge around the edge that would match/offset the raised portion surrounding the camera lenses. Because you didn't include a matching ridged edge, the phone does not lie flat. I'll get used to it, but it would definitely be a better aesthetic if your case made it lie flat and level.
