All orders ship from Elkhart, Indiana. Shipping is free in the USA on orders $30 and over.
We’re currently shipping orders in 1–4 days (excluding Live Edge cases & pre-orders).
All of our items are made to order and the production times can be found on each product page. Most items are made within 1–3 business days, but double-check the product page for the most accurate and up-to-date production times.
Returns

I love this case! Some highlights: it has a nicely high raised edge on the front which will help protect the screen if/when the phone drops. It is sturdy, especially around the edges. My last non-Carved case was a little too flexible and one corner and the charging port area got loose. Clicky buttons. I like the texture around the edges. Part of it matches my purple phone and looks like it's almost transparent in spots because of that (sorry no pictures of that). It is very pretty. Nice feel on the back. Thank you!
