The easiest way to check the size you need is to cut a short length of string and wrap it around your wrist. Measure the length when the string touches. Pick the bracelet that is closest to your size. If you prefer a loose fitting bracelet, then size up a bit. If you like a slightly tighter feel, size down. The Small size is 5" internal circumference and the large size is 6.25" circumference.
