Will these cases protect my phone?
Our Live Edge cases are made entirely from wood and resin and should be handled with care! While they are protective, it's possible after multiple drops that the case can experience issues. If you need more protection, check out our Traveler cases.
How long will it take to get my Live Edge case?
The case that you see on our website is a digital mockup made for your device type. After you order, the Live Edge design is pulled from our website for our production team to make perfectly for your device type. This process typically takes around a week, but please check out the current production time on the product page.
Are they made from real wood?
Yep! Each case is made from real wood burl. All of our wood burls are responsibly and sustainably sourced.
Are they MagSafe or wireless charging compatible?
Yep! We put a MagSafe compatible magnet inside each Live Edge case. This helps increase the strength of the magnetic hold to your accessories. Our cases are also compatible with most wireless Qi chargers and will not impede charging.
Are they really one of a kind?
Yep! Each case you see is a photo of what we call a "block". When you place your order, we load that block into our CNC and machine it for your phone. We then sand and polish it, add the metal buttons and ship it to you. Each one is unique, and custom made just for you.
When do you add more designs?
We add more design each weekday, usually between 11am EST - 2pm EST
Can you make a case for my device type if it's not listed?
While we are always looking to add more devices to our family of cases, right now we are not able to take on custom requests or make cases for device types not listed here. Contact us if you have a phone type you think we should consider.
