All orders ship from Elkhart, Indiana. Shipping is free in the USA on orders $30 and over.
We’re currently shipping orders in 1–4 days (excluding Live Edge cases, Solid Wood cases & pre-orders).
All of our items are made to order and the production times can be found on each product page. Most items are made within 1–3 business days, but double-check the product page for the most accurate and up-to-date production times.
Returns

You sent me what I ordered in the correct size, so you're already doing better than the last two vendors I tried to purchase a case from! The case has a pretty good grip to it; definitely easier to hold on to than the phone by itself was. I normally like rugged cases that also protect the port; but after the problems I've had trying to find such a case, a friend recommended Carved to me. I really like mountains, trees, and lakes, and the purple aurora in the sky was a nice touch; so this case looked really appealing! I have a protector over the cameras (similar to a screen protector), so I wasn't sure if the bezel around the camera would be high enough to prevent the camera protector from touching the table. It's hard to tell, but I think the bezel is high enough, albeit by less than a millimeter. I think I'll be happy with it.
