All orders ship from Elkhart, Indiana. Shipping is free in the USA on orders $30 and over.
We’re currently shipping orders in 1–4 days (excluding Live Edge cases, Solid Wood cases & pre-orders).
All of our items are made to order and the production times can be found on each product page. Most items are made within 1–3 business days, but double-check the product page for the most accurate and up-to-date production times.
Returns
We do our best to ensure that each item is high-quality and something we can stand behind, but we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If your product arrives defective or we sent you the wrong item, we’ll provide a full credit or refund.
Each of our items is unique and made just for you. If you decide you don’t like it, we can offer a full store credit or a payment refund (minus a 10% fee). Please contact us within 30 days of the order delivery date.

The wood grain and the burl patterns make my phone unique from any I've seen. I spent many years as a furniture maker using some of the woods available (birds-eye maple, walnut burl, cherry) and really enjoy being able to carry them in my pocket and show it off. Do you have a warranty?

When do you add more designs?
We add more design each weekday, usually between 11am EST - 2pm EST.
Will I get the exact design pictured?
Yes, you will! There is only 1 in the world like it, and once it is purchased it is pulled off of our website so that it can get into your hands.
Are your Traveler Phone Cases protective?
Yep! Our iPhone 17 Pro Max phone cases are designed with a protective rubber bumper that helps absorb the impact from drops.
Are they made from real wood?
Yep! Our products are made using real wood burls. All of our wood burls are responsibly and sustainably sourced. We primarily work with Maple and Buckeye.
What if I get it wet?
We add a water (and scratch) resistant finish to help protect against moisture and spills. Our finish creates a protective layer for the wood and resin that will keep it looking amazing for a long time! If you do get it wet, just dry it off as soon as possible.
Are they MagSafe or wireless charging compatible?
Most of our phone cases include a MagSafe compatible magnet (except Pixel Traveler Cases).
This helps increase the strength of the magnetic hold to your accessories. Our cases are also compatible with most wireless Qi chargers and will not impede charging.

Yes, you will! There is only 1 in the world like it, and once it is purchased it is pulled off of our website so that it can get into your hands.
Can you make a case for my phone if it's not listed?
While we are always looking to add more devices to our family of cases, right now we are not able to take on custom requests or make cases for device types not listed here. Contact us if you have a phone type you think we should consider.
