All orders ship from Elkhart, Indiana. Shipping is free in the USA on orders $30 and over.
We’re currently shipping orders in 1–4 days (excluding Live Edge cases & pre-orders).
All of our items are made to order and the production times can be found on each product page. Most items are made within 1–3 business days, but double-check the product page for the most accurate and up-to-date production times.
Returns
We do our best to ensure that each item is high-quality and something we can stand behind, but we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If your product arrives defective or we sent you the wrong item, we’ll provide a full credit or refund.

The phone case is beautiful. I actually use a holster to both functionally hold my phone and show it off while at work in the hospital. I get a lot of compliments and I am constantly telling people the case is from Carved (it's like free advertising for you). I wish that there were matching holsters designed to hold the phone so that I didn't have to buy from a different vender. My previous case from Carved for this phone (only 2 years old?) actually broke on the wood portion after having been exposed to something sticky on the table (likely from lolipop residue left by my 6 year old). When I lifted my phone the wood broke off in one corner. The one prior to that was for a different sized phone and lasted for longer than that. I hope this one lasts as long as my phone :) I am surprised at the cost of the bracelet - it seems like it would be less expensive having been an initial part of the phone case (?) though I do realize that individual packaging and advertisement has its own costs.
