All orders ship from Elkhart, Indiana. Shipping is free in the USA on orders $30 and over.
We’re currently shipping orders in 1–4 days (excluding Live Edge cases & pre-orders).
All of our items are made to order and the production times can be found on each product page. Most items are made within 1–3 business days, but double-check the product page for the most accurate and up-to-date production times.
Returns

Love the case, i honestly struggled picking one out because i loved the look of so many, i previously had the Mous wood grain case for my iPhone 13 Pro Max but it started to peel after years of use and Mous stopped making cases for older models for iPhone’s and when i was on instagram i got an ad for Carved and had to look because y’all have so many great wood cases and selection for new and old phone models that I had to try it out and I ended up getting the Cleo because I loved the look of the different woods and the resin looks like how copper oxidizes into patina and it just looks great and I also love how the buttons feel so smooth and clicky. I also ended up getting the power bundle and I love the wireless charger and the way it magnetically connects to the case so perfectly I just wish it matched the case design and for the screen protector I accidentally cracked it while trying to put it on because i messed up to many times but that’s my own fault haha. But I’m happy with my purchase and when I get a new phone in the future I will definitely come back here for all my phone accessories!
