All orders ship from Elkhart, Indiana. Shipping is free in the USA on orders $30 and over.
We’re currently shipping orders in 1–4 days (excluding Live Edge cases & pre-orders).
All of our items are made to order and the production times can be found on each product page. Most items are made within 1–3 business days, but double-check the product page for the most accurate and up-to-date production times.
Returns
We do our best to ensure that each item is high-quality and something we can stand behind, but we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If your product arrives defective or we sent you the wrong item, we’ll provide a full credit or refund.

As an incurable phone dropper…. I need this case. This is my second, the first I bought literally years ago. I’ve had gopherboxes or whatever you call em before and my phone would break because it had to land on that ONE angle it didn’t plan for. This case is SERIOUSLY tough and seriously sleek. Not bulky like other popular but cheap brands. It’s beautiful and unique, just like me haha, okay but no really. I also appreciate the clicky buttons, they never change/fade/lessen. I’m only replacing my old carved case because of a popsocket debacle(I was desperate at the time) and took a hairdryer to the case to remove the glue(wasn’t thinking, I know) and the sides of the case peeled off the sides yet are still on it. BUT STILL IT HAS PROTECTED MY PHONE FOR YEARS NOW! Even like that. Needed the refresh and to have this stop annoying me. Thank you to everyone at Carved for these cases. I’m incredibly thankful.
