All orders ship from Elkhart, Indiana. Shipping is free in the USA on orders $30 and over.
We’re currently shipping orders in 1–4 days (excluding Live Edge cases & pre-orders).
All of our items are made to order and the production times can be found on each product page. Most items are made within 1–3 business days, but double-check the product page for the most accurate and up-to-date production times.
Returns
We do our best to ensure that each item is high-quality and something we can stand behind, but we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If your product arrives defective or we sent you the wrong item, we’ll provide a full credit or refund.

The picture described the phone case well so I'm not complaining about that. But I do feel like the mold for the case should cover the camera area more. The area above the small cameras should be covered better and there's a gap in the small corner near the bottom camera. I posted these pics on Reddit and kinda got the same feedback. But I love the case and love the color but I would suggest an update when the next Samsung's come out. This is my second or third carved case and I do love em.
