I bought this case for my husband's birthday and I am floored by how beautiful it is! I quickly ordered myself one too, and I can't wait for it to get here. I did have a small issue with tracking, but support quickly replied and it actually arrived on his birthday so everything worked out.

The case looked beautiful, but unfortunately there was a small crack in the wood burl upon receiving it. I simply reached out to their support team and they helped me right away, allowing me to get a brand new case under warranty. It really speaks to their quality that not only was this blemishes case still stunning looking, but their customer service was the best. Im on my third phone and I've had a carved case for every one and will continue to. Amazing work guys!

This is my second case. We ran over my previous phone last week. The case and the back of the phone had no damage but the screen was gone. I just love how beautiful the cases are.
