All orders ship from Elkhart, Indiana. Shipping is free in the USA on orders $30 and over.
We’re currently shipping orders in 1–4 days (excluding Live Edge cases, Solid Wood cases & pre-orders).
All of our items are made to order and the production times can be found on each product page. Most items are made within 1–3 business days, but double-check the product page for the most accurate and up-to-date production times.
Returns
We do our best to ensure that each item is high-quality and something we can stand behind, but we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If your product arrives defective or we sent you the wrong item, we’ll provide a full credit or refund.

Yes, i got two different Glow cases. How could I not? One can be charging up its Glow while the other is on my phone. These are so pretty. But I may buy one sometime that is mostly just beautiful colors without Glow. This case feels so good in the hand and looks to be very protective. It best be as i am a71 year old horseman and klutz. My phone cases have to be tough, but to be beautiful as well.. you can't do much better than that. I will say if you like one, don't wait because I lost out on one i really loved by putting it off just a few minutes. I don't think you'll be sorry if you buy one. Like I said, I love mine.

This is a beautiful work of art that feels good in the hand. It fits my Samsung S25 Ultra perfectly. They come in a very nice protective box that is very giftable with just a ribbon adornment. These Glow in the dark cases almost look like a dark sky full of stars viewed from a high place. I'm very happy with this case. These do need "charged" up using sunlight. The interaction between the company reps and i have been great as questions and suggestions were read and comments made in a very timely manner. Again I'm very happy and will probably buy from Carved again.
