Refunds & Exchanges
We are proud of the quality of our work and we hope you are too! Your product is one of a kind. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with what we made you, we will make things right. Depending on the product, the reason for your dissatisfaction, and the amount of time that has passed since you received your purchase, we will help figure the best course of action between a replacement, exchange or refund.
Refunds are available on all products as long as you let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. If a refund is given, it will be for the price you paid for the item minus the 10% return fee.
To get your return started, simply call (574) 703-0634 or email us at help( at )carved.com with your Order ID and a description of why you want to return the product and whether you desire a replacement, exchange or a refund. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
Please note that we do not cover the return shipping charges and they are done at your expense.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Once you have mailed your original product back for an exchange, please let us know the return tracking number so we can watch the return and advise on the next steps for exchanging your item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
