I found it to be non-functional with the finger print reader. I followed the steps precisely, and it applied well without bubbles and felt nice to touch. However, the fingerprint reader was completely disabled with the prompt "please clean screen and try again" even through setting adjustment. I could not even re-enter the finger prints to attempt to reset the system and calibrate it, simply refused to read through whatever adhesive was attached in the local area. I've applied significantly more difficult screen protectors such as the Whitestone dome with success, so I'm confident it was not my install. I do not know if this was a failure of direction, or potentially a defective unit, but my experience was rather negative. I did not pay for it though, so I am not dissatisfied in any way.
