Only consumers purchasing CARVED products from authorized retailers or resellers or through the http://www.carved.com website may obtain coverage.
CARVED will replace or refund at no charge, at its option, any product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation and use.
The CARVED Warranty lasts for 1 year from the documented date of purchase.

I'm a two timer...

This is my second Carved traveler case. My last phone was an iPhone 6 and I got a redwood burl case for it. Everyone admired it and it held up and protected my phone perfectly.
I just switched to a Samsung S8 and the only place I really looked for a case was Carved. I'm an exotic wood fan, and make Irish penny whistles from these woods, so I loved the idea of the Random Puzzle case which is a sort of exotic wood sampler. The case arrived yesterday and it's BEAUTIFUL. It slipped onto my phone easily, and did not interfere with the wet applied film screen protector I'd already applied. I expect a lot of compliments coming my way. Note that the case does not look exactly like the one in the picture.The woods are the same but they're arranged differently on my case and the shapes and locations of the pieces are different too. I don't mention this as a negative. I love this and it makes each of these cases unique.

8/31/2017Perfect case, came with many little notes and gifts (loved the sticker!), feels great, for perfectly around my case, looks extremely good, have nothing bad to say so far. BUY THIS CASE IT'S GREAT :D
