I was looking for a wood skin for my iphone when I came across the Carved website. Hands down this is the best one that I found. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none and I love that they are a small business making a great product right here in the United States. I would highly recommend Carved to anyone looking for this type of product for their phone.

As stated, I am very happy with my iPhone Skin. Of course, since you asked, I will point to a couple minor details that may be of help to your product. The texture is great although with the wood grain comes some areas that are furred or pilled right away, most of which are gone after repeated slides in and out of the pocket, making it a non-issue in the end. I like the bevel around the circle button (really technical I know) below the screen and think it could look and feel nice utilized along all inner edges if possible. I can see why the outer edges would be more of a sharp angle given it looks like it matches the phones profile itself as well as giving it that much more skin between a hard object and the glass, doing its original job as a skin.

Overall, this is a great product and I will be ordering again when it comes time to update the skin or get a new phone. Thanks!

Although it takes quite awhile... It caught be by surprise...
Especially on the quality, texture and superb workmanship.. "two thumbs up..!".

I love this wooden skin. It's exactly what I was looking for. I especially love that it is made in Indiana, where I spent four years of college. The wood is soft, slim and expensive feeling. Great Job!
