  I bought the Redwood skin with a personal design carved on it, I didn't have the skills to re-size my design to the right size, I explained my problem to the customer service and they said they will do it for me. After that, I bought the skin, and received it really fast ! I will have no problem asking them to carve my future ideas on a beautiful piece of wood !

  The engraved wood backing is gorgeous, as expected. However, the case itself offers little protection for the iPhone 5. The edges are incredibly slippery and can easily lead to the phone sliding out of your grip. I would've liked for the plastic border to have some kind of texture to make it easier to hold more securely.

  I sent in the logo, I expected it to look ok. But it came back looking absolutely mind numbingly AMAZING! I was so happy when I received this case that I from time to time take it out of my pocket just to look at it. Customer service is top notch. Highly recommend that if you have a custom logo that you want on your phone then go with carved. It is worth the money. Grain of the wood is amazing. I love the smell of fresh wood :)

  We had incredible experience. The custom design looked amazing and the detail is incredible. I totally recommend the Paldao wood. The carving looked really great on it, a was dark enough to see very very clearly. I ordered it for my wife and everyone asks where we got it.   I just receive my custom iPhone 4 case and it is gorgeous! I had the case engraved with my boyfriends personal monogram and it turned out beautifully. The monogram was intricate, but the detail of the engraving was spot-on. My only complaint is that I didn't know he was purchasing an iPhone 5 after Christmas! At least he'll get to enjoy the gorgeous craftsmanship for a little while.
